Types of Apology

This is a short article about 4 kinds of apology. I gather from it that you should just say sorry whether you know you should or someone else asks it of you. It hurts everyone more if either party is stubborn and refuses to acknowledge the need for simply apologizing. On the same note, it’s also hurtful to refuse to forgive someone.
